What forms of payment do you accept?  We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, regular account payments via PayPal, AmazonPay, Sezzle and Afterpay.

When will my order ship?  Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched unless contacted directly by a Mouse Loves Pig representative.

Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?  Yes, we do!  To see how much shipping will be, please place your item(s) in your cart, then enter your information.  You will receive a quote before placing an order.

Do you wholesale?  Yes, we do!  Please send an email to hello@mouselovespig.com for more information.

Do you ever do custom toys? The short answer is no, we don't do one off toys as the safety testing required for toys is extensive.  However, if you would like to collaborate together on a limited edition toy, please send an email to hello@mouselovespig.com and we will see if working together in this way is a possibility.

Are the toys safe? All of our toys are fully compliant with all US Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements. We rigorously test each toy before sending it to market and we are committed to only making toys that are engaging AND safe for children.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend delicate machine or hand washing and lay or hang to dry for all our items.  Spot cleaning is recommended.  Washing of the travel toys on the delicate cycle inside a garment bag is also permissible.  Please line dry only.
