Terms & Conditions
Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders. Only one discount code can be applied towards a single purchase.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic orders are sent via USPS first class and can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International orders are sent via USPS first class and can take between 12 to 14 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please be advised, if the package is held at customs, it may take longer.
All our orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking. If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing tracking or have moved, please feel free to contact USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777 or online at USPS. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped
Mouse Loves Pig is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier. International customers are responsible for all customs fees. When placing an order for multiple items, and one item is a preorder, your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item becomes ship ready. We are not able to combine shipping orders for any orders at any time.

All international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
If your package gets returned because the address was not entered correctly, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped. If you want your package to be insured, please choose the “Priority” or “Priority Express” shipping option at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local USPS office. Please note domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Mouse Loves Pig will not issue refunds for lost first class packages. We strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping option.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every item from our boutique is unique and made with care. We pay close attention to detail, prices, offer detailed images of products and make every attempt to provide thorough descriptions. All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If you are unsatisfied in some way, please let us know, and we will happily address your concern. We will accept exchanges on a case by case basis with the following guidelines:
All returns must be made within 10 days from the point of shipment, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item. All items must be returned new, unplayed with, and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
Ultimately, your satisfaction is important to us and we want to ensure you are happy with your product.
Please note that all sale items are final. Sale purchases are not available for refunds or exchanges.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
